Great Customer service. Walked in for a 2nd time with a watch purchased elsewhere for repair. Both times when the repair was complete and myself asking how much I owe, the person behind the counter said “no charge”! This is whats been missing in business over the last 20 yrs. building reputation, or in this instance, living up to reputation. I’ll recommend this locally owned and operated business to anyone and everyone I know. Congrats to the owner and the staff!

I visited a nearby competitor first. What a terrible mistake that was. So glad Jupiter Jewelry was recommended to me! They did an amazing job in designing a custom platinum ring with the stones I provided at less than half the cost I was quoted at that other place. They were able to 3D print the ring before casting to make sure it was perfect. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. 6/5 stars!

I HIGHLY recommend Jupiter Jewelry. I used them recently to help me design an engagement ring - I worked with Valerie and she was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient and put no pressure on me whatsoever. The ring they made is absolutely stunning - am so happy with my purchase and will definitely go back for any future jewelry needs.

Amazing service. I brought in two necklaces that were tangled in a wicked knot. Both Valarie and Sharon were eager and so sweet to help me. The knot was so intense I figured it would take a couple days to get it out. Nope! 2 hours max & insisted insisted it to be free of charge. Will definitely be back!

Jupiter Jewelry is like your hometown jeweler! It's such a cute, unpretentious jeweler with beautiful, stunning jewelry. I love the simplicity of their pieces. Watch battery replacement is done on-site and quickly at a very reasonable price. Customer service is awesome - had the sweetest and most helpful sales woman! Will definitely be back and would recommend to others!

Absolutely ecstatic! My husband chose here to pick out our 10 year marriage anniversary gift. *It is the white gold and diamond band that was added to my set* Sue was fabulous - very knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10 highly recommend! They sell brand name jewelry as well as their own hand made pieces. While I was pending my ring to be resized, bought myself an alligator necklace (That was casted by Jupiter Jewelry - my new ring was made by them as well!) LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Great inventory; and wonderful staff. They are extremely helpful and will do whatever is needed to meed your needs. I had a very special pendant made for my wife's birthday. Not only did they do a perfect job, they completed it earlier than they quoted. I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them in the future. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

Could not recommend Jupiter Jewelry enough! The knowledge and expertise and also patience and kindness of Valerie and the rest of the team is above and beyond. My husband bought my engagement ring from here and the experience was so great that this is now the only jewelry place we go to. Bonus is that they even loved on our dog the last time we were in there. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Had an unfortunate situation with my engagement ring (that was not their fault). Sue turned the situation around and was patient with my concerns and explained in detail what was needed to “repair” my ring. It turned out amazing and we will continue to be long term customers of Jupiter Jewelry. Thank you you to the entire team!
